Exchange Policy (India Only)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy on domestic (India) orders for non-sale items only.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are strictly limited to size issues only
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product, style, and colour
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
Request Timeline:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via your account or official support channels
Product Condition Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact
Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made orders
- International orders
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds.All purchases are final.
We only provide size exchanges for the same product (same style and colour), subject to eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
Mandatory Requirement:
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required:
- Must start from the sealed package
- Must show the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
- Must clearly capture the issue
Important:
- Photos or videos of already opened parcels will not be accepted
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected
Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
